Practices face competing priorities, constrained resources, and limited guidance on how to organise their efforts. At the same time, systems and commissioners may want to allocate resources to reducing inequalities but lack a clear framework for where and how that investment should land. The Fairer Practice Toolkit has been developed to meet this need.
